  • Welcome to Kenya! Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, meet your retreat coordinator and transfer to your serene boutique hotel.

  • Late Morning – Early Afternoon:

    • Visit the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage – a moving introduction to Kenya’s wildlife and conservation efforts.

    • Walk among giraffes at the Giraffe Centre, connecting gently with these peaceful animals.

  • Evening:

    • Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation at Karura Forest – breathe deeply in one of Nairobi’s largest green spaces, surrounded by waterfalls and ancient trees.

Day 2

🌊 Transfer to Lake Naivasha | Lakeside Serenity & Evening Practice

  • Midday: Check in to a lakeside eco-lodge surrounded by acacia trees and birdlife.

  • Afternoon: Free time for journaling, walking, or silent reflection by the lake.

  • Evening Practice:

    • Restorative Yoga & Meditation at sunset by the water’s edge, aligning with the calming energy of the lake.

Day 3

🌅 Sunrise Boat Ride, Lakeside Yoga & Hiking at Hell’s Gate

    • Sunrise boat ride – drift across Lake Naivasha, observing hippos and birdlife in silence.

    • Vinyasa Yoga Flow by the lake post-ride to welcome the day.

  • Breakfast: Hearty lakeside breakfast after practice.

    • Transfer to Hell’s Gate National Park – hike or cycle through dramatic gorges and ancient rock formations.

    • Optional silent hike or walking meditation in the wild.

Day 4

🏔️ Fly to Amboseli | Wild Yoga & Safari Discovery

    • Transfer back to Nairobi and board a scenic flight to Amboseli National Park, famed for its elephants and views of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

  • Afternoon:

    • Half-day safari game drive – experience the power and presence of Africa’s wild spaces.

  • Evening:

    • Group circle or short evening meditation under the stars.

Day 5

🐘 Full-Day Safari & Wilderness Connection

✈️ Return to Nairobi | Integration & Rest
